As Royal Mail 2nd class is not a fully tracked or signed for service, items can be listed as "delivered" even if you are not home to receive them - to prevent them from ending up with a neighbour, shed or other unknown location, please take the simple step of providing delivery instructions to the postie in a visible place. This goes a long way to prevent loss or delay. We are not able to refund lost orders that are marked as "delivered" in the Royal Mail system.
If you do not receive your parcel within 5 business days (10 for international orders) of dispatch, please 1) Check for a "sorry we missed" note; 2) Check with a neighbour and in the shed; 3) Check with your local post office/depot
If you are not home to receive delivery, you may need to check at your local post office or depot. Uncollected parcels are quickly returned to sender. We cannot offer refunds on personalised items or on shipping for any order that is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. If a parcel is returned to sender, we can resend it provided shipping is paid for by the customer.
If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please let us know immediately so that we can help you locate it.
